How does the free tier weekly limit work?
Free users get 1,000 credits per month, with 250 credits unlocking each week. This prevents abuse while giving you plenty of credits to try the platform. Paid plans have no weekly limits.
What counts as a lead credit?
1 lead credit = viewing or exporting 1 lead from the database. Email verification of database leads is always free on paid plans. Verification of your own external lists uses separate verification credits (purchased separately as packs).
Do lead credits roll over?
Free tier credits don't roll over. Pro plan rolls over up to 2,500 credits. Scale rolls over up to 10,000. Titan rolls over up to 25,000. Purchased verification packs are valid for 12 months.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to your new plan's features. When downgrading, changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
